I’m so excited to bring you a piece from Bourgeois Boheme’s latest collection! They’re one of my favorite ethical, vegan companies and I truly believe in the style and quality of their shoes. You can check out the first A Harmless Project video we collaborated on here; I’m honored to be a BoBo ambassador! Their sleek designs for both men and women embody minimal chic while ticking the PETA approved and cruelty-free boxes that are so important.
Let’s get into the important stuff, what makes these shoes ethical and vegan? Well, first, they only use non-animal materials like high-quality Italian-made cotton-backed microfiber and non-animal glues. They don’t even use PVC! Their materials are waterproof, durable, breathable, easy to clean, eco-friendly, and luxurious. Next, their shoes are made in ethical factors in Portugal. The BoBo team handpicked these factors especially for the ethical practices and has met all the artisans responsible for hand making all of their shoes. Pretty great huh?
I have their Taylor Sneakers here in black and I couldn’t love them more! I just discovered the trend of dressy or chic sneakers this past year and I’m hooked. While I don’t recommend wearing sneakers for a black tie or cocktail event, I do like that they feel more special than your average pair of sneakers and still allow you to be comfortable without having to sacrifice style. They’re incredible comfortable, breathable, and easy to maintain/clean. They have a care/cleaning guide on their site that will help you keep your BoBo’s in great shape.
When I say they go with everything, it’s true. I wear them with dresses, pencil skirts, jeans, trousers, and more. Versatility in your wardrobe is important and you’ll get so much out of these sneakers. For this episode of A Harmless Project, here are the outfit details:
